Good to know about living in London & the UK. Life in London has a fast and relentless pace. It does not matter what your focus is. There is a job for you there if you realy want to work. This is why thousand of people flock each year to the city in search of work.

Getting student work in London is quite easy. Students just need to be willing to go out there and get it. Pubs and hotels have high staff turnovers as most of the work is temporary and the pay isn´t too good.

Students just need to knowck on doors until they find the job they want or like. Pick up the TNT magazine which can be found at train/metro stations. Look at the job sections in the newspaper or go to an employment agency in London or talk to other students and ask them how they got their job. Make sure your paper work is in place like the visa, health insurance, local bank account) as working black is getting harder and harder to get.
